Job Description

Accelerate your career

The global demand for CRAs continues to rise. To answer this call, we created an in-depth development program like no other in the industry. From your very first day at Quintiles, you’ll have a chance to cultivate the behaviors, knowledge and skills needed to ensure your success as a CRA — all while earning a competitive salary. You will also have the chance to travel to new destinations and meet new people. Most CRA positions in the industry require two years of experience. This program offers an extraordinary opportunity to break into a growing — and attractive — field.

Excel as a CRA

You’ll be equipped with a host of knowledge — about regulations governing clinical research, the technology used to manage trial data and the responsibilities common to all CRAs. You’ll also learn practical skills like problem solving, negotiation and time management. Thoroughly prepared as a CRA, you’ll not only thrive in your job, but also make a real difference for patients around the world.

What can you expect if you get in?

The new CRA Development Program was created to provide a blended learning solution that includes eLearning, face-to-face training, desktop sharing, job shadowing and co-monitoring opportunities. The program is eight months in length with:

· Interactive Learning Phase – 10-12 weeks for formal instruction

· Supplemental Instruction Phase – 2-4 weeks of Job Shadowing and Therapeutic Training

· Experiential Phase – 16 weeks of co-monitoring and monitoring
